In practice more than 35 years, Sara Vogeler teaches you according to your needs. She works with nutrition, improving alignment,freeing up restricted joints, strengthening the right patterns, and increasing vitality. She is certified as a Teacher and Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering®, has been a fitness trainer certified by ACE since 1994, and practices NeuroMuscular Therapy in New York City. She helps people with TMJ pain, all kinds of physical and neuromuscular conditions, and hormonal issues, such as osteoporosis and low thyroid. She has taught anatomy at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Marymount College, the Open Center and abroad.
