Hello! My name is Catherine Egan. I am a personal trainer with decades of experience working with adults, seniors and folks with medical conditions. I am Nationally Certified (ACE) and Insured to work in all environments. My education and training is comprehensive, allowing me to help folks develop strength, functionality and an improved sense of well-being, with a wide variety of tools and engaging activities. My credentials include a B.S. in Biochemistry/Biophysics; certifications in personal training and nutrition; plus training in dance, physical theater, Tai Chi and Yoga. From this foundation, I focus on the individual. I focus on the individual needs of individual people to create a positive, sustainable, and uplifting experience. I am strongly committed to coaching an inclusive range of clients and have extensive experience working with people recovering from injury or surgery, older adults, LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities, artists and athletes. I’m blessed to have witnessed the experiences of individuals in my classes for over 30 years, and exploring my own artistic/athletic physicality for over five decades.
