In my personal training business, I work with women only in their homes or offices. I will work individually or in small groups. I use a gentle approach to fitness and living well. My clients include many special populations, such as seniors, pre/post-natal, cancer patients, gastric bypass patients, underactive, overweight and, often, women who appreciate a mindful, gentle approach to health and well-being. Coming to their homes and offices offers a personal, private setting which encourages an ongoing commitment.
