In addition to being a Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer I am a Massage Therapist and ART practitioner. I am vetted into the US Olympic Volunteer Medical Program and the USA Weightlifting Sports Medical Society. I have worked with a variety of athletes and at a variety of events including Olympics, Olympic Trials, and World Championships. I used to be an engineer with the Army and enjoy the science behind fitness and wellness.
