I have been an ACE Personal Trainer since May of 1994. My certification number is T20516. At age 68, I retired from a government agency during October 2016 . I continue to operate my website "knightsjourney.org" and teach wellness topics. My most current endeavor is to utilize my certification as an ACE Behavioral Change Specialist in conjunction with my lost history as a therapist. I continue to serve as a Team Leader and Commissioner for COA (Council on Accreditation) in New York City.
