As a veteran fitness instructor I have enjoyed instructing a wide variety of class formats and have been employed through a period of time when group exercise has changed dramatically. I use that experience along with knowledge of the client's lifestyle and motivation preferences to create a fun yet challenging exercise plan. I currently have a special interest in revisiting movement that is music based. I am a believer in the philosophy that the right balance of exercise in one's life can make all the difference in everyday moods and stress levels. In the future I would love to pass along accurate exercise and nutrition knowledge to young women. There are way too many fads, myths and inacurracies in the media. It's time to provide the right information.
