Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile. I am a fitness professional in Madison, Wisconsin, where I teach collegiate,fitness, health, and kinesiology courses. My philosophy is to educate my clients, not just on WHAT to do, but WHY- so as to better enable the exerciser to make better informed decisions outside of the training session. I focus on exercise program design, specifically on dispelling the many misconceptions (i.e. the spot reduction myth) that stand in the way of exercisers and their goals. I have a M.S. in Kinesiology and a B.S. in Exercise Science. Let me know if you have any questions.
