I enjoy working with clients over 50 as well as clients who want to lose weight. These are both fields that I have a personal interest in as well as a professional interest. I have done a lot of research on the 50+ menopausal female, which allows me to understand the feelings of frustrations felt by this population. Having been in this field for many years, I know that the same thing doesn't work for one individual as well as another. We are all unique and I try to treat each of my clients special.
