I have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. I have been certified through ACE for over 27 years, and I am a Master Personal Trainer with NESTA. My specialization is all aspects of fitness. From general fitness, to sports performance. I also hold Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, and Cancer Exercise Specialist certifications with ACE.
