Trish Hanley-Goodwin is an ACE certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience working in YMCA and YWCA settings. She holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and several group exercise instructor certifications (ACE, ISCA, AFPAI and Lemond Cycling). Trish currently works as a part-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the Kennebec Valley YMCA in Manchester, Maine, where she offers her signature "Masterblast" and Cardio Cylcle & Core classes. She also instructs a weekly "Tough Stuff" class at United Fitness in Winthrop, Maine. Trish loves to inspire people to move in ways that matter and make the most of their workouts, and takes pride in attending annual fitness conferences to stay cutting edge as a long time fitness professional. Her full time occupation is Operations Manager/Corporate Health Coach for Occupational Medical Consulting in Leeds, Maine. Starting May 2018, Trish will offer in-home private personal training services in her home town of Wayne, Maine and has plans to open her own studio at her property by summer of 2018.
