I have been teaching group classes at retirement communities in the Tucson area for 22 years I teach a continuum of classes which include advanced, post rehab, core and floor from the independent living populations, functional fitness at assisted living facilities and gentle movement for the memory care facilities. I work one on one with post rehab clients as requested by the facility or the families of the clients or the client themselves. I also teach the aqua programs. My classes are very popular and often full to capacity.
