I am passionate about health, fitness, and wellness and helping people empower themselves to be the best that they can be. I love what I do and feel a tremendous sense of fulfillment in my work and am grateful for all the blessings and growth that I have experienced as a result of following this path. I have been in this dynamic industry for over 30 years and have worked in many various roles including: Health club owner and operator, general manager, creative program designer, fitness director, group fitness department head, master instructor trainer, continuing education provider for ACE and AFAA, group exercise and yoga instructor, aquatics instructor, personal trainer, and corporate fitness and wellness consultant. I am the founder and owner of FIT Enterprises, a health and wellness consulting firm specializing in group exercise, yoga, aquatics, marketing, event planning, personal training, integrated stretching, corporate fitness and wellness, training, creative program design and continuing education. Added specialties included are: Children and senior fitness, post re-hab for shoulders, knees, and backs, and working with auto-immune populations such as RA, Lupus, MS, and fibromyalgia.
