The classes that I teach include Body Conditioning, Kick boxing,Spinning, and Zumba.I am Spin Certified, Schwin verified and hold a certificate of completion from Zumba. Fitness has been incorporated into my familiy's life for the past twenty years. Hopefully, for the next twenty years.
