About
All my life I hae been drawn to all aspects of the health and fitness field. Spent my youth, in gymnastocs, orchesis, swimming, skiing and participated on the Univ. of IL Equestrian team. I have been teaching One on One clients and group fitness for 38 years. After owning a pilates stuido for twelve years, I came to the realization of the vast number of people living in chronic pain. After recieveing my BS in Exercise Science, I became certified in STOTT PILATES, and became a STOTT PILATES Post-Rehab specialist, I am fully certified throught Pilates Method Alliance after completing the comprehensive Polestar Pilates Program and became NASM Corrective Exerecise Specialist. This is where I began the journey of specializing in One on One clients suffering chronic pain and working with the "Baby Boom" generation.
