I have a BS in Kinesiology and I am certified through ACE as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle & Wt Management Consultant, and Clinical Ex Specialist. I have taught fitness classes and worked individually with clients in government fitness centers for over 25 years. In 2013 I completed my 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training with YogaFit. I love motivating people to move and helping them to feel comfortable with themselves and their bodies. Assisting clients in setting goals for themselves and seeing them attain those goals is so very rewarding. Helping clients believe in themselves and in their physical abilities is what keeps me motivated.
