I competed in bodybuilding shows in college during the 1980s. I've also taught a weight training class at the alternative high school where I worked from 1992-1995. My experience also includes having sponsored a club called Health & Fitness at the high school where I teach from 2005-2007. I have been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2000 and have instructed numerous clients with diverse backgrounds, age, experience, goals etc.
