About Zen Burgos: I've spent over twenty five years helping thousands of people get fit around the country: from showcasing my coaching talents on Bravo TV's "WORKOUT" to writing and hosting "The Skinny" on ExerciseTV. People typically work with me because they want to have fun (I've done stand-up comedy for 10 years) while losing that extra body fat. Anti-aging is an obsession of mine and after living in LA for so long, I've got a few tricks up my sleeve that I love to share with clients. I like to teach others to stay curious about their limits and to push through their comfort zones. In sticking with that philosophy, I've raced two triathlons, ran my first marathon last December, and walked across 14-feet of hot coals... twice, and recently became a first-time mom.
