I have been a personal trainer since 1998 and have been actively into fitness for nearly 20 years and I am a Registered Dietitian, finished my education in 2011. I am the meal plan developer for Super Healthy Kids, run my own business; Your Personal Wellness and am a representative of Juice Plus+. I have a passion for bringing the utmost values of health, fitness and well-being into the family core values; in hopes of helping our children be at a lessened risk for adult health ailments.
