I currently work in Naperville as a Sports Performance Specialist, which is just a fancy title for the job of getting the athletes I work with faster, quicker, and more explosive. I have worked with a wide variety of clients during my career as a trainer. I have experience with weight-loss, cancer patients, and your everyday joe. As I mentioned above, my current clientele is mostly athletes, but I still enjoy training anyone who wants to achieve their fitness/wellness goals!
