Founder & CEO of 110% FIT (110percentfit.com) A low impact training program, specifically designed to improve range of motion , endurance & tone / firm muscles. I am highly energetic, motivated, Self starter, goal orientated and just plain get the job done. no pills, potions or magic spells, just good old fashion hard work, done right. My Motto Don't Just Do IT / Do It Right Everyone is unique and individual, shouldn't your workout be the same . I endorse a Low impact type training with emphasis on Range of Motion (ROM), endurance & Tone /Firm muscle's for strength. Just a few simple types of equipment with a floor or outdoor space is needed to get you on your way to your goal. I specialize in people who just want to get their life back without having to train for a professional weightlifting career . A good full body workout, without the high impact jumping around that only adds pain to the joints. Having overcome numerous injuries and surgeries in my career, I created a system that can be adapted to fit most needs. My system will teach you how to eventually do it on your own and become independent. There are no magic pills/creams/potions/or spells, just good old work and Doing It Right.
