I am currently entering the final year of my PhD. program in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina in which I will be completing my clinical internship at the Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina. I obtained my Personal Training certification in 2012 during my undergraduate work at Penn State University with a major in Psychology and minor in Kinesiology. Although I do not work full time as a personal trainer, I value the interconnections between physical and mental health greatly and have used my understanding of both of these to help many people reach their fitness goals.
