About
My name is Kasey Calbow. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. I came to Tyler, TX in 2008 to attend The University of Texas at Tyler to acquire a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, which will be complete in December, 2012. While attending UT Tyler, I earned my NCAA Letter in Track & Field, throwing the javelin, hammer, shot-put and discus. My best and favorite event was the javelin. During my 3rd year at UT Tyler, I took a class within the Kinesiology department that gave me the opportunity to train a previous "Miss Senior Texas". The experience was rewarding for all parties and really opened my eyes to the importance of fitness to everyone, regardless of age or ability. Therefore, when it comes to personal training, I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. From athletes trying to make small, particular improvements to people of all ages interested in making personal fitness and lifestyle changes; all are welcome. There's no better feeling than realizing two weeks ago your body could not have done something it just did! On that note, there is 1,440 minutes in a day, so let's take 60 to make yourself better.
