I am a newly certified personal trainer with ACE and very excited to begin a journey in helping others discover how health and fitness can change their lives. I have always loved sports and am a former Division I Field Hockey player. I captained my team my senior year and won the NSCA Strength and Conditioning All-American award my junior year as well as the Monmouth University Team Physician's Award after recovering from ACL reconstruction in just four months and returning the first game of the season. Not only does my desire for health and fitness stem from my love of sports, but also because I lost my father due to his choice to lead a sedentary lifestyle, smoking and eating all the wrong things. Eventually his body just shut-down. This was the turning point in my life where I decided that I wanted to help others change their ways and discover how health and fitness can improve their lives! I hope I can help you! I can be a great guide for you in your every day fitness or helping you achieve your athletic goals!
