I currently work as a Certified Athletic Trainer at the University of Arizona working with their football team. #beardown. I just finished my Master's in Athletic Training and I am newly liscensed and certified in the state of Arizona. I also have a degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and have been an ACE Personal Trainer since 2011. I also hold certifications as a Real Ryder Cycle instructor and I have 5 TRX Qualifications. I have experience working with a wide range of people including individuals who are recovering from injury, those with medical restrictions, people looking to lose weight, Olympic athletes,collegiate athletes, and those looking to take their fitness to the next level. I specialize in weight-loss programming, cardiovascular fitness/endurance training, strength training, plyometric training, high intensity interval training, core strengthening, posture correction, and body mechanics/gait analysis. When I am not at the University, you can find me at the driving range hitting some golf balls or listening to country music driving around town. I enjoy spending my time outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, and travelling.
