I know the obstacles when our goals seem so far away. I help you form the habit of exercise and good nutrition to promote health and prevent disease. My training is based on two philosophies: “Slow and steady wins the race” and “Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.” I'm ACE certified with additional certifications and have my own 500 sq. ft. private studio in Coralville IA, where I provide expert guidance with premium equipment for one-on-one, small group, and home training.
