I have taught group exercise classes for 16 years. My fitness instruction journey started out as being a very part-time post-retirement job. It has evolved into teaching various formats (including Zumba, Silver Sneakers, Strong Women, Boot Camp, Drums Alive, Group Cycling and Small Group Personal Training.) My ACE certifications include Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I enjoy helping others find the joy in improving their personal fitness and refining their fitness goals.
