My goal as an occupational therapist is to help patients across the lifespan safely and independently participate in the things they want and need to do. My goal as a personal trainer is to help clients achieve better health through values and motivation using safe and effective training methods. With the integration of occupational therapy, personal training, and a thorough knowledge of the function of the human body as it relates to exercise, I am able to create workout programs that are goal specific — challenging while safe — and enjoyable. I focus exclusively on training and motivating women in Lake and McHenry counties to look and feel their best. In my client gym in Volo, training is in a stress-free and private environment with state-of-the-art equipment.
