Hello, I have been an Ace certified personal trainer for 13 years. I also have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. My career in helping clients achieve their health & fitness goals has been the most impactful area of my life. My passion for health has been consistently pushing me forward to in my personal life as well as the lives of my clients.
