Greetings, I train to inspire a Love for Health, Fitness, and Self through personal and small group training. I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and minor in Kinesology. I am a Two-Time NCAA Football All-Conference cornerback, and have plenty of experience working with athletes on all levels. I also have experience working with overweight, and obese clients. I have a passion to train invividuals seeking to improve health and quality of life, and athletes.
