Hello my name is Ben Caldwell, Jr. I am 49 years old, married and the father of 3 boys. I moved to Keller, TX from Sayreville, NJ in 2004. I have been a personal trainer for 9 years. I started Power Resistance Training in 2001 in New Jersey. I did not want to raise my children on the east coast after 9/11 and closed shop and headed to Texas in 2004. While in Texas I have worked at the Wyndham Veranda Club in Dallas, 24 Hour Fitness in Southlake, Lifetime Fitness in Colleyville and just re-established my company Power Resistance Training at a fitness studio in Colleyville. It is my goal to help your body, soul and spirit. I have worked with extremely fit clients to those with high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, stints, heart conditions, arthritis, obesity, etc. I do at home training but I would prefer that you come to my studio in Colleyville, TX.
