I am a Balance Body Pilates Practitioner that incorporates personal training into my programs while still keeping to the principles of the Pilates method. I work with individuals who have low back pain, low bone density and small spinal deviations among other health concerns. I have training in all Pilates equipment, barre, Bodhi and the latest piece of equipment called Oov. I love variety as much as my clients do. I make your workouts enjoyable and something to look forward because success in movement brings about happiness and a measure of joy in our lives that we all need.
