Hello, I am an ACE certified health coach. I can help you reach your health, fitness, and well-being goals by developing and implementing lifestyle behavior change programs. Unlike the typical "go to the doctor to fix me up advice," health coaching differs in that we believe that you, the client is resourceful, whole, and fully capable of making the changes necessary to improve his or her own health. That is, the client is the center of the coach-client relationship.
