About
Moving is in my blood! I was raised by parents who own and operate a ski/sail/kayak business, and was a 3-sport athlete in high school. After college, I spent a summer living/hiking/playing in Glacier Park, MT, and after moving home to MN, I coached the local HS Alpine Ski team for three years. I specialize in At-Home Personal Training for all fitness levels, and work with all age groups. I also offer pre-season training programs to small group and individual high school athletes.
