My focus is personalized one on one and small group training. I focus on mind/body methods to help clients learn to love and accept themselves on the inside in order to ignite inspired action on the outside. I specialize in helping clients change their fitness level (strength, flexibility, mobility, and body awareness) and eating habits to feel empowered and have fun in the process. My goal is to help those around me live in the body they want, and love the experience in every moment. My intention is to compassionately support the whole person and give them the tools to transform from the inside/out. I want to help you get fit and stay that way for life!
