I am a product of determination, will-power and education! I was very overweight, with High Blood pressure and borderline Diabetes. Through perseverance and education I turned it all around! Starting in AUG 2012 I lost the excess weight, dropped my medication and became the fit person I REALLY wanted to be! Today, I look and feel better than I did in my twentys!
