About
I'm a 24-year young Philosophy graduate from UMBC with a passion for martial arts, rugby and general fitness. With 10 years of experience in various martial arts and 6 years as a collegiate rugby player, I have only become more and more into an aggressive approach to fitness. After graduation I traveled to Denver, CO to play rugby with the Glendale Raptors, to San Diego, CA to train martial arts at Art of Eight, before spending two months in Thailand training Muay Thai 25 hours a week before winning my first professional fight and flying back to the East Coast! As a philosopher, I am always seeking the best ways to do things; this translates directly into my love for fitness as I am into a very high-intensity interval training approach. I find it's best for my personal goals of being a professional athlete, as well as being able to fit these short and intense workouts into any sort of schedule. I would love to help spread my passion and knowledge for fitness to those in need, or those who simply wish to expand on their previous experiences with fitness, but you must be ready to work!
