I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I am passionate about fitness and helping people improve their lives. I currently do in home personal training, as well as personal training at Complete Physical Therapy and group fitness at the Copple YMCA's in Lincoln, Ne. I am also a certified kickboxing and self defense instructor, Certified Fitness Nutrition Consultant and a Physical Therapist Assistant.
