Over two years ago, I was a 230lb Chubby foodie in denial. Now after two years of diet and exercise, I am a slimmer 160lbs. When people I've known for years see me now, after their shock is over, they ask me "What did you do?" I proudly tell them "Just diet and exercise!". I have made it my mission in life to spread the word. to fight against the myths of "miracle diets" and "magic pills". So my quest to become a Personal Trainer became the next logical step in my life. Not only to help other people, but to solidify the new lifestyle I have embraced.
