My philosophy is that exercise should be fun, challenging and simple. I've found that between your body weight and minimal equipment, you can sculpt a strong, lean physique to take you through life. I specialize in cardio infused resistance training, which essentially combines dynamic cardio moves with tradition strength training for a hybrid effect. My niche involves teaching beginner exercisers the fundamentals of strength training, former athletes, pre/post natal, and people with lower back pain issues.
