Ginger Gayadat was born and raised in Ohio. Following high school she enlisted into the United States Army, there started her inspiration to help others live healthy and fit lifestyles and reach their personal goals. Ginger has been certified through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) for 4 years and also hold’s their Weight Management Specialty certification. As a mom of two she works passionately to inspire not only moms, but dads and youth a like to live healthy lifestyles. She encourages everyone to "Become your own success story" and she works hard to help each person see their success story and reach their goals. She loves spending time with her family and proudly supports military members and their families.
