i am a runner, sporty person and a coach on my own. for the interest of sport, i took up various sport related courses such as Sport exercise science, IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations)ACE PT course etc. have taken up various running races which in the most recent yrs, manage to come in as the first 1-2%% finisher (on the note that i am not the best, yet hoping to be...). my idea is to spread and help anyone whom needed my service within my means of sports knowledge in order to get a win win situation in my way of business.
