Kayli began working for the PEAK family in August 2009. While a student at UM, Kayli created a student wellness coaching program called Optimal Bear. Optimal Bear is currently an active program at Curry Health Center at the University of Montana. Kayli is a member services coordinator, corporate liaison and Health Coach. She has a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. Health Coaching is based upon the scientific study of behavior change and positive psychology.
