My interest in fitness has transitioned from college athlete into an active and healthy adult lifestyle. I want to share my knowledge and passion for exercise to help individuals achieve their own fitness goals no matter what the level. I grew up running, skiing, and playing soccer and have grown into intense boxing workouts and Spartan races for fun! I like to keep my workouts evolving to eliminate boredom and to insure you genuinely enjoy and appreciate taking part in an awesome new lifestyle!
