I became an ACE personal trainer because I wanted to train the athletes I coach to their highest potential and avoid injury. I mostly work with individuals ages 8-17, but along the way, I have began training older adults and teaching older adult ROM classes. I enjoy coaching and training people of all ages and abilities!
