I grew up overweight. I had to learn on my own how to adopt a healthy lifestyle and lose all the excess weight and keep it off. This involves new behavioral patterns. It's incredibly motivating to see the results AND maintain them. This is an experience I enjoying sharing with my clients and watching their goals come true. I live in West LA and travel as far east as downtown.
