About
I spent the first nine years (1998) of my career working with Division I, Olympic, and professional athletes as a strength and conditioning coach. In 2001, I began teaching at a community college in the Exercise Science Department and did both strength and conditioning and teaching. Eventually, I saw a disconnect with what was expected from professionals entering the field and the education they were receiving and realized there was a disconnect. .I began teaching full time, stopped training professional athletes, and began working with a few clients out of their homes, and with those that were referred to me.
