I believe my coursework, professional engagement, and passion for the health and fitness field would make me an asset to your organization. I have successfully completed courses in fitness assessment and exercise prescription. I have then been able to demonstrate these skills by working closely with members of the La Crosse Exercise and Health Program and Moen Wellness Center. At the Moen Wellness Center I organize incentive programs, instruct group exercise classes, and assist with personal training programs. I have also worked as the coordinator for a campus wide program called “Wellness Wednesday.” My tasks involved choosing popular health topics relevant to college students and then scheduling and promoting weekly events to successfully inform students.
