I have been a personal Trainer for two+ years at Wayne State University. During this time I have grown so much as a trainer and a person. I enjoy teaching people that working out is as much of a mental decision as it is physical. Mind and body is very important to me and I believe that relaxation at the end of an intense workout is key! I like working with a wide variety of clients that range from overweight to athletes.
