About Michelle O'Brien: As an athlete and fitness professional, I can help you reach the fitness goals you’re looking for. I’m Michelle Knurr, a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.S. in Kinesiology and certificates in Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. Along with ACE, I also hold certifications for group exercise including AFAA, Schwinn, and Pink Gloves Boxing. After playing rugby for eight years, and now competitively refereeing has kept me to always be increasing my fitness level and always looking for new research in the fitness field. I believe in functional training and that physical activity should be a part of everyone’s life especially regarding their preference of adherence. Exercise should be FUN and something you look forward to doing! Combining your motivation with my knowledge and expertise, you achieve results as well as education about your training program. I specialize in sports and agility training, Olympic lifting and circuit training; however I enjoy all types of exercise.
