I am here to help teach you how to live a healthy and active life. Together, we will set and achieve goals designed to focus on losing weight, strengthening and toning, and/or improving athletic performance. My background consists of weight lifting, Tae Kwon Do, and running in everything between the 5K and a full marathon. I've also competed in triathlons. I believe the best trainers practice what they preach and should lead by example. My philosophy on incorporating fitness into your life is that you must find what works for YOU. Finding the right balance between fitness, family, work, social life, etc. is key to long lasting health. We are all different and have different needs. My job is to help you figure out how to add fitness into YOUR life FOR GOOD. I have a passion for helping people lose weight whether you need to lose 20 or 200 pounds.
